In a flying object coping system ( 1000 ), a surveillance ground center ( 311 ) transmits, to a communication ground center ( 321 ), an ID, time information, and position information of a surveillance satellite ( 100 ) which will transmit flying object information, an ID, time information, and position information of a surveillance satellite ( 100 ) which will receive the flying object information, and position information of a coping system ( 330 ). The communication ground center ( 321 ) is equipped with a communication route search device ( 470 ), which searches for a communication route for satellite information. The communication ground center ( 321 ) transmits directive commands to the communication satellite group of the communication system ( 320 ) based on a search result from the communication route search device ( 470 ).

A method of targeting, which involves capturing a first video of a scene about a potential targeting coordinate by a first video sensor on a first aircraft; transmitting the first video and associated potential targeting coordinate by the first aircraft; receiving the first video on a first display in communication with a processor, the processor also receiving the potential targeting coordinate; selecting the potential targeting coordinate to be an actual targeting coordinate for a second aircraft in response to viewing the first video on the first display; and guiding a second aircraft toward the actual targeting coordinate; where positive identification of a target corresponding to the actual targeting coordinate is maintained from selection of the actual targeting coordinate.

The embodiment of this invention is a combined zoom surveillance camera and zoom scope firearm interconnected on a bipole shaft apparatus, including: A top end ball-bearing which is partially encompassed by one end of a peg brace connected to a rotatable overhead pulley rim; A off-middle tripod of three circular level pivotal surveillance cameras; A off-middle ball-bearing which is partially encompassed by a bearing ring affixed with three hook shaped rods for attachably hanging the bipole shaft apparatus from a ceiling; and, a bottom end base of at least one to three scope firearms for targeting a threatening mass human shooter. The entire bipole shaft apparatus of said top end ball-bearing, off-middle three cameras, off-middle ball-bearing, and bottom end one to three firearms may be simultaneously tilt shifted and circularly rotated on a downward angle whenever a local or distal computer terminal operator activate the necessary electrical wire or wireless torque energy conveyed to the bipole shaft's top end ball-bearing's said connected peg brace and pulley rim band via an electric motor and generator box.
