An arrow stabilizer for an archery airgun includes an elongated body configured to be secured to the airgun. The body defines a non-cylindrical passage extending longitudinally therethrough. The passage is configured to receive an arrow and support a shaft of the arrow as the arrow travels through the passage when launched by the airgun. The passage can have a non-circular cross-sectional profile that includes a central bore configured to closely receive the arrow shaft, and a plurality of radially extending slots configured to receive the fletching. The slots and central bore cooperate to form stabilizing rails upon which the arrow can ride through the passage. The rails guide the arrow shaft smoothly along the passage and hold the arrow substantially stable as it travels therethrough when launched by the archery airgun.

A handgun wedge stabilizing brace (“HWSB”) comprising a stabilizing body and a support member which can be removably connected to a handgun. One end of the support member is telescopically receivable into the stabilizing body and can be adjusted to the desired position by the user. The other end of the support member is removably connected to the rear end of a hand gun, particularly a heavy pistol. The handgun wedge stabilizing brace improves shooting control and stability when using a handgun, especially for one-handed shooters and individuals with a disability.

The jacket includes a series of radial driving bands cut into the jacket in a graduated configuration at increasing thicknesses. The graduation and increasing thickness of the driving bands allows gradual radial acceleration upon engraving of the rifling due to intentional radial deformation of the forward driving bands. Additionally, the bullet core) includes high-friction surfaces formed in a longitudinal direction or at a base of the bullet core. The modified surface increases friction between the bullet core and polymer, further decreasing radial slippage.

Video sources and inertial sensors are attached to a weapon and to goggles. A computer receives video images from the weapon- and goggles-mounted sources and inertial data from the sensors. The computer calculates a location for an image from the weapon-mounted source within an image from the goggles-mounted source using the inertial sensor data. The sensor-based location is checked (and possibly adjusted) based on a comparison of the images. A database contains information about real-world objects in a field of view of the goggles-mounted source, and is used to generate icons or other graphics concerning such objects.

A clamping mechanism for mounting an accessory, such as a scope, to a firearm barrel includes first and second clamp members with inner planar surfaces configured to engage respective outer surfaces of the barrel so as to distribute clamping forces evenly and minimizing damage to the barrel surface. A dovetail section on one of the clamp members enables attachment of various optics or accessories. The clamp members are secured together using one or more fasteners passing through aligned openings in the clamp members. The clamping mechanism allows non-permanent, stable mounting of accessories without requiring permanent modification to the firearm. A vessel strike tends to rotate the flotation tube about its longitudinal axis, absorbing the energy from the strike and rotating the flotation tube to bring another net section into position. Invention is an anti-mine pad for protecting legs against anti-personnel pressure-type mines. The pad comprises a rigid horizontal platform, support legs and footwear-fastening elements. The platform has an upper surface for footwear and a lower convex surface. The lower convex protrusion's vertex faces downwards. The platform's lower surface lacks parallel planes when projecting a human foot relative to the upper surface. The support legs provide a space between the platform and the ground. Contact points between the support legs and the ground are outside the platform. The arrangement height of the platform's upper surface above the ground is 40-99 mm. Rigid polymeric material of the pad's inner frame has a greater rigidity than an outer shell's material. The pad protects the human foot against explosions of the anti-personnel pressure-type mines, has small weight, dimensions, is convenient for transportation, easily taken off/worn and reliably hold the user on a surface.

A jammer which eliminates the need for a bobtail in a forward deployment. The jammer has an outwardly extending boom with a table at the distal end of the boom. The table can mount upwardly extending cradles suitable for temporarily holding cargo, such as a munition, during transport and positioning on the underside of an aircraft wing. The table also holds an upstanding pintle hook. The pintle hook provides for attachment of the jammer to a trailer for towing. Using the jammer for both towing of a trailer and positioning of cargo using the boom eliminates the need for a bobtail, conserving both cargo space and payload weight during deployment.

A military vehicle includes a cabin. The cabin includes a bottom assembly and a foldable top assembly. The bottom assembly is configured to receive and removably couple with different top assemblies. The foldable top assembly is configured to transition between a folded position for a low velocity aerial drop (LVAD) and a deployed position. The foldable top assembly includes a torsional spring configured to provide a torque to assist transitioning of the foldable top assembly from the folded position to the deployed position.
