The invention discloses an apparatus that enables a user to shoot multiple targets, both stationary and moving, consisting of a structure having three sides, optionally enclosed, and an open side to form an interior supporting primary targets and having a top supporting secondary targets. Primary targets, rotatably affixed to a target bar spanning the open side, have projections on the back which, upon impact, rotate to impact a secondary target positioned on the top of the apparatus. The impact uses the kinetic energy to launch the secondary target contained within a secondary target holder positioned on the top of the apparatus and open to the interior. The projections are dimensioned to have sufficient contact to launch the secondary target without getting embedded in the secondary target holder. The projection can be either permanently or removably affixed to the back of the targets and can, when removable, permit weight variations.

The monitor device includes a frame coupled along a circumferential surface of the display apparatus and protruding out of a front surface of the display device, an impact-absorbing shooting pad coupled to an end of the protruding frame, formed to be transparent to show an image displayed on the display device, and configured to, when a bullet hits a hitting surface at an angle within a preset angle range from the vertical, absorb impact of the bullet so that the bullet hitting the hitting surface falls downward, and a bullet dispersion prevention unit configured to, when a bullet hits the impact-absorbing shooting pad at an angle exceeding the preset angle range from the vertical, enable the bullet to fall downward without being scattered outward.

An initiator assembly having an initiator cartridge. The initiator cartridge has a cartridge housing, an initiation package and an input charge. The cartridge housing is formed of a plastic material and defines an outer circumferential surface, a recess, and a plurality of orientation features. The recess is formed into a first axial end of the cartridge housing. The orientation features are disposed through the first axial end of the cartridge housing and are disposed inwardly of the outer circumferential surface. The initiation package has an exploding foil initiator and a plurality of cartridge terminals. The exploding foil initiator has a bridge. The cartridge terminals are electrically coupled to the bridge. The initiation package is partly encapsulated in the plastic material that forms the cartridge housing. The input charge is at least partly formed of a secondary explosive and is received in the recess in the cartridge housing.

A system for a molded power charge with secondary pellet at each end. The molded power charge includes a solid outer wall which extends for the length. The solid outer wall has a first end and a second end. The power charge further includes a secondary pellet at each end. The first end and the second end of the outer wall include a secondary pellet with an exposed face. This allows the power charge to be ignited from either end.

A projectile, includes a head having a forward tip and a rear end, a stem extending from the rear end of the head and formed integrally with the head, and a sleeve positioned adjacent to the head and being collinear with the head and coaxial with the stem. The sleeve is hollow and substantially cylindrical and has an inner diameter and an outer diameter. A base is formed integrally with the stem by pressing a rearward end of the stem and expanding a rear dimension of the stem to capture the sleeve between the base and the head. The head and the base are rotatably dependent upon each other by connection with the stem, and the head, stem, and base are rotationally independent of the sleeve.
